November 2024 – ILST

On 3 November 2024, we held an ILST training.

ILST, or Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops, is a leadership training session aiming to help train new leaders to be strong, lasting ones. It’s an opportunity for more senior and experienced leaders to share what they know, and give newer leaders a headstart.

This year, the event went really well. We had a large group, and everyone had a wonderful time discussing styles of leadership, and having themed activities. Even the ASMs present enjoyed themselves!
